The Color: A deep rose pink, this color is tinted like the lips of a queen or the horizon at sunset. It will bring warmth and femininity to any project with its universally flattering deep red-pink color.
The Name: Gwynedd (pronounced like Gwyneth—the "dd” in Welsh is pronounced like a “th”) is part of the country of Wales and is mentioned several times in Arthurian stories. For example, one of the twelve battles of Arthur (as described by Nennius) takes place on the Welsh border to protect Arthur’s realm from those beyond this border. Even so, the kingdom never lost its identity. Because this is one of my favorite colors, I wanted to give it a name of honor and pride.
