The Color: This colorway is like a stained glass window: it contains a background of black stripes with alternating hot fuchsia, bold blue-purple, and electric aqua blue.
The Name: Because this colorway reminds me of stained glass, I researched stained glass windows with King Arthur as the subject. I discovered the existence of King Arthur's Great Halls in Tintagel. This hall was built in the 1930s as the home of the Order of the Fellowship of the Knights of the Round Table of King Arthur. Today, the building is a tourist destination. But one of the most remarkable parts of this building is the series of stained glass windows created by Veronica Whall. A series called "The Windows of the Knights" gives each knight his own window by displaying that knight's shield.
