About the Yarn Color (Bors)
This rich navy blue runs the gamut from twilight to darkest night. Navy blue is a color that won’t let you down and is the perfect companion for almost any project, just the right blend of mystery and familiarity.
The Story Behind the Colorway Name
Bors was Lancelot's cousin and one of only three knights to succeed in the Grail quest (alongside Perceval and Galahad). After returning from that quest, Bors stood by Lancelot's side during the time of Lancelot's affair with Guenevere and all of the fallout from that situation. As a solid, dependable knight, Bor's name fits with this solid, dependable color.
