Advent Calendar 2020
An advent calendar is a tradition during the month of December during which time a small gift is opened each day starting on the 1st through the 24th followed by a larger gift on the 25th. Imagine opening a small muslin bag each day in December and finding a gorgeous mini skein of yarn inside. Then imagine opening a larger muslin bag on the 25th and finding a spectacular full skein of yarn created exclusively for this advent calendar.
You don't have to just imagine it! You can live that experience this December with the Round Table Yarns Advent Calendar.
About the Advent Calendar
What You'll Get
You'll receive a box (purple, of course) that upon opening will reveal 24 small muslin bags labeled 1-24, indicating which one you should open on which day. Inside each bag will be a mini skein of yarn (10g on the Merlin base, which is about 46 yards of a 75% superwash merino/25% nylon fingering weight yarn) in a semi-solid/tonal color. Each color will transition from one to the next (not a gradient, but a series of colors that coordinate from one to the next and with the collection as a whole) so that you can use the yarn in one project if you desire.
Also in the box will be one full size (100g) skein of yarn (also the Merlin base, so that is 463 yards of fingering weight yarn) which has been created exclusively for this advent calendar. (Note: The full size skein is not intended to coordinate with the minis. The color is technically variegated but all within the same color family so it might be more accurately described as an "extreme" tonal.)
What can you make with your mini skeins? I have a bundle of pattern suggestions listed on Ravelry so that you can have some ideas of what you might make with your advent calendar minis.
NOTE: Due to the time remaining and shipping times, I am only shipping these within the U.S. at this time. Thank you!
